Luncheon and Dialogue: What's the role of the business community in building connectedness in the urban environment?
IEC-BC is co-sponsoring a luncheon event on the role of the business community in building connectedness in the urban environment on Thursday September 20 from 11:30 am to 2 pm.
The luncheon is part of the inaugural SFU Public Square’s Alone Together: Connecting in the City Community Summit to be held throughout the region September 18 to 23, 2012. Vancouver Foundation will formally launch their second phase of research on isolation and community connectedness called Drivers of Change. The presentation will be followed by a roundtable dialogue on the role of business in addressing urban isolation and creating greater connectedness.
